We provide honest and true feedback to applicants and believe if we are not in a position to help you find the ideal role, then we should at least advise of where else you should look.

Unlike many agencies we meet virtually all of our prospective applicants face-to-face. Even for distant clients we do our best to see all applicants prior to submission.

Due to a rapidly changing database, we deliberately do not offer a facility for you to search through our vacancies. Pentagon endeavour to keep applicants in touch with up to date information. What we do, is discuss how we can help your career, how to best submit your details to a prospective employer, and to which opportunity.

Contract Recruitment

Contractors who register with Pentagon Personnel are given access to some of the UK's most sought after companies.

In addition, all contractors are dealt with according to the REC and our own strict Code of Conduct to ensure excellent quality of care.

We pride ourselves on maintaining a good relationship with clients, contractors and applicants alike.

• Our administrative staff will always confirm that we have received your application or CV.
• One of our consultants who specialise in your discipline will contact you to discuss your specific needs and career aspirations.
• We will always discuss opportunities with you before giving your details to any client.
• Virtually all our applicants visit our offices and meet with the appropriate Consultant before attending an interview with a client company.
• We will confirm interview arrangements and prepare you for your visit to the client.
• Wherever possible, we will give you feedback on interviews and keep you informed at each stage.
• We will never encourage you to consider or accept any offer of unsuitable employment.

Reactive or Proactive

Reactive service - This is where an applicant registers with us in the first instance and then we contact them about any new or outstanding positions that our clients are looking to fill. We discuss the role in full with you and a decision is made regarding whether you wish to apply for the position, and if so, how the application should proceed.

Proactive service - This is where we market you as an individual to companies we feel may be interested in you. We also keep you posted of any existing or new requirements. The proactive service is often preferred by applicants who wish to see results quickly.

We ask that you choose which service you would like. However, we do require authority from applicants who wish us to offer the proactive option on their behalf.
